  • 1 1/2 C. canned frozen apple juice
  • 2 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 6 C. apples, sliced
  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • Cinnamon apples to garnish

Preheat your oven at 375 degrees. Mix juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil while stirring frequently until thick. Mix in butter. Place apples in pie crush and spread boiled mixture over apples. Cover with cinnamon apples. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
