Sugar-Free Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 4 C. sliced apples
- 1/2 C. apple juice concentrate
- 1 1/2-2 tsp. tapioca, cornstarch or flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg or apple pie spice
- 2 crust pastry
Directions
Toss all the filling ingredients together. Put in a pie shell and top with another crust. Seal edges and cut a few slits in top. Bake at 425 for 10-15 min. then bake at 325 for 35-45 min.
