  • 2 Tbs. dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 C. heavy cream
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbs. Splenda
  • 1/4 C chopped walnuts (optional)

In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, and whisk until smooth. Add Splenda and adjust for taste. Heat until bubbling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and stir in dark cocoa and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into a small buttered dish. Place in the refrigerator to set for 3-4 hours. finish by cutting the fudge into 8 pieces.
