Serving Size / Yield

4-6 servings


  • 2 tbs Splenda or sweetener of your choice
  • 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 5 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • sugar free powdered sugar

Take out a large pan for deep frying.
Put the oil into the pan and heat until it reaches 35 degrees.
Use a thermometer to tell.
Get a baking sheet, line it with paper towels, and set aside.
Whisk together the milk and egg in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Add in the egg mixture and blend well.
Then add in the butter and continue mixing until dough forms.
Use a spoon to drop 1 tbs scoops of dough into the oil.
Fry in the oil for 2 minutes, making sure to flip them around, until golden brown.
Transfer the doughnut holes onto the baking sheet.
Let cool.
Sprinkle with sugar free powdered sugar.
