I make this for my coffee in the morning. I use a sugar substitute and make lattes with it - it tastes just as good as regular hot chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. cocoa
  • 2 C. sugar substitute (i.e. Splenda or the store brand)
  • 3 C. non-fat dry milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly then store in an airtight container.
