  • 1 pkg Instant Sugar-Free Lemon Pudding
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Sugar-Free Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar-Free Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 stick Softened Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine two cups of powdered sugar, one cup of flour, butter and 1 tsp of vanilla in a bowl until it forms a loose dough.
Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Combine the milk and instant pudding in a bowl.
Add the yolks and one tsp of vanilla and blend.
Gradually add the rest of the powdered sugar and flour and continue blending.
Once the crust is golden brown, pour the filling on top and bake at 325 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once done, take out the oven, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Bars can be chilled in the fridge or served at room temperature.
