Sometimes, we want to have something extremely sweet, but we have to watch our sugar intake. This sugar-free lemonade pie is perfect for anyone with diabetes or someone who is on a diet and watching what they eat. Who doesn't love a favorite dessert that can be made in a healthy manner?

Ingredients

  • 1 pckg sugar-free lemon gelatin
  • 1 pckg reduced fat cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 3/4 tsp of crystal light lemonade mix
  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
  • 6 tbsp low fat whipped cream

1. Make gelatin as suggested on box.
2. Chill this, then put into food processor with lemonade and cream cheese until smooth.
3. Pour into graham crust and put in fridge for 12 hours.
4. Put whipped topping on and serve.
