  • 1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Sugar substitute equivalent to 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 peaches (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 C. egg substitute

Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar substitute, salt and nutmeg together.

Add vegetable oil spread until mixture begins to crumb. Stir in egg substitute and peaches; mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour. Bake at for 12-15 mins.
