Sugar-Free Strawberries And Cream

- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp. stevia, liquid
- 1 C. strawberries, hulled
Open the can of coconut milk and leave it in the refrigerator overnight and uncovered. Do not shake the can before opening. Spoon out only the cream and leave the water at the bottom of the can – about a C. Add the coconut cream and stevia to the bowl of a stand mixer and whip for about 5 minutes. Store uncovered in the fridge for 1 hour before serving over strawberries.
