  • 3 C. cranberries
  • 1 1/2 C. sugar, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 C. flour
  • 1 stick butter, softened

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, toss cranberries with 3/4 C. sugar until evenly coated; set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining sugar, eggs, and flour. Beat in butter until mixture becomes smooth. Pour batter into a greased baking dish and top with sugared cranberries. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour until crust is golden and berries are bubbly.
