Sugarless Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs.
- 1 Tbs. noncaloric sweetener
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 3 C. cottage cheese
- nutmeg
Directions
Beat eggs with sweetener. Beat in flour and salt, then add evaporated milk, vanill, and lemon juice. Add slowly to 3 C. cottage cheese, mixing well. Press through medium sieve and beat smooth. Pour into shallow round baking dish and dust with nutmeg. Bake for one hour at 250 degrees. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for another hour. Cool slowly at room temperature and chill.
