Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup brown rice flour (or other gluten-free flour, such as Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1⁄2 cup raisins
  • 1⁄4 cup walnuts (finely chopped)
