Serving Size / Yield
- 2 Tablespoons of Water
- 1 12 ounce Package of Cranberries
- 1 Cup of White, Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of Egg Whites
Stir the water and the egg whites together until they are blended, but not whipped. This should only take a few seconds.
Use the egg white mix to coat each cranberry.
Spread the sugar on a baking sheet.
After the cranberries have been placed in the water and egg mixture, roll them on the baking sheet with the sugar until they are well coated.
Allow the cranberries to dry prior to serving.
