  • 1 ½ C. flour
  • 3 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 ¼ C. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  • ½ C. blueberries and raspberries, divided

Using a food processor, puree half of your berries and set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk egg, and butter. Pour into dry ingredients and mix will. Stir in pureed berries until well combined. Cook your pancakes over medium heat on a greased skillet until both sides are golden brown. Top pancakes with remaining berries and serve.
