Summer Ice Cream Delight
- 12 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 12 oz. tub Cool Whip
- 2 large butterfinger candybars
- chocolate syrup for swirling
- 1 1/2 C. peanuts or any nut you want
Using a 9x13-inch dish, quickly lay the sandwiches to fit (don't let them melt!) Spoon out Cool Whip over the sandwiches. Crush the candy bars and sprinkle on top. Swirl chocolate syrup over top as fancy as you like, and then finally top with chopped peanuts.
