Summer Ice Cream Delight

Delicious and cooling for a hot summer day. Kids will beg you to make this all the time!

Ingredients

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 12 oz. tub Cool Whip
  • 2 large butterfinger candybars
  • chocolate syrup for swirling
  • 1 1/2 C. peanuts or any nut you want

Directions

Using a 9x13-inch dish, quickly lay the sandwiches to fit (don't let them melt!) Spoon out Cool Whip over the sandwiches. Crush the candy bars and sprinkle on top. Swirl chocolate syrup over top as fancy as you like, and then finally top with chopped peanuts.
