  • 1 angel food cake, cubed
  • 4 C. raspberries cut in halves
  • 2 C. cool whip
  • 2 Tbs. powdered sugar
  • 1 C. vanilla almond milk
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix together almond milk and pudding mix. Add the cool whip followed by the powdered sugar and lemon juice; mix together. In your dish or trifle bowl, arrange the cubed cake pieces to cover the entire bottom. Place a layer of the pudding mixture over it and top it off with a layer of raspberries. Repeat until you reach the top of your dish and finish it off with topping of raspberries. Chill in a fridge for a few hours before serving.
