Summer Salad
Ingredients
- 5 carrots, grated
- 2 cans tuna fish, in water
- 1 1/2 C. mayonaise
- 2 Tbs. minced onion
- 1 can shoestring potatoes (or less)
- Optional:
- celery, chopped
Directions
Mix first four ingredients. Add shoestring potatoes just before serving. Serve with crackers or cocktail rye bread.
