Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 carrots, grated
  • 2 cans tuna fish, in water
  • 1 1/2 C. mayonaise
  • 2 Tbs. minced onion
  • 1 can shoestring potatoes (or less)
  • Optional:
  • celery, chopped

Directions

Mix first four ingredients. Add shoestring potatoes just before serving. Serve with crackers or cocktail rye bread.
