Summer Salad
Ingredients
- 1 med. size box any kind of pasta (we used bowtie)
- 2 C. broccoli (spears are better w/out the stem)
- 1 16-oz. bottle Italian dressing
- Other vegetables (optional): black olives, tomatoes, shredded carrots, hard boiled egg
- shredded cheese
Directions
Boil pasta as directed on box or bag. Boil or steam broccoli as desired. Strain pasta. Then mix pasta and vroccoli and any other vegetables you may have, then mix in Italian dressing; mix well. Chill in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
