  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to season

In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients without the shrimp. Pour the mixture into a plastic bag and add the shrimp. Coat the shrimp by turning the bag and refrigerate for an hour. Make sure to soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling and then thread the shrimp on the skewers. Grill the shrimp for 5-8 minutes and serve with lime wedges.
