  • 3 Tbs. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 C. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 C. Fresh Sweet Corn Kernels (7-8 Ears of Corn)
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
