  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 1 Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper

In a pan cook onions, garlic, salt, and pepper then, remove from heat. Butterfly chicken by making a split in the center with a knife. Combine onions with sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and yogurt. Spoon this over the chicken and press together. Coat chicken with olive oil and cook for 5-6 minutes each side. Let cool for a couple minutes then, serve!
