Super Cream Cheese Brownies

So easy to make and always a dessert favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 fudge brownie mix
  • 1/4 C. sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs. water

Directions

Mix sour cream, eggs and oil together in large mixing bowl. Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 50 seconds. Stir cream cheese. Add water; cream until a smooth consistency. Add cream cheese mixture to egg mixture. Stir well. Add fudge brownie mix. Stir until moistened. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
