Super-Dense Brownies with Chocolate Ganache (Use Cake Mix!)

- 1 box chocolate fudge brownie mix
- 2 boxes chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 2 C. milk
- 1 C. sugar
- 5 eggs
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 2/3 C. heavy whipping cream
- 6 oz. semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
- White chocolate shavings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all wet brownie ingredients with electric mixer. Add all dry brownie ingredients and mix well. Spray two 9-by-15 inch pans. Dust with flour. Pour batter evenly in each tray. Bake for 55 - 60 minutes. Test with toothpick and if it comes out clean, the brownies are ready.
Let brownies cool. For chocolate ganache, heat sauce pan over low-heat. Add whipping cream. Mix until hot, not boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate. Let it stand for 5 minutes before pouring over brownies. Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings. Chill brownies for 2 hours before serving.
