Super-Duper Corn Souffle Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix canned and creamed corn with Jiffy mix, sour cream and eggs. Spray Pam into a glass baking dish. Pour ingredients into dish and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If knife comes out clean, then it's ready.
