  • 2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of excess fat and diced
  • 1/4 C. lime juice
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 2 Tbs. minced green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1.2 Tbs. curry powder
  • 3/4 C. pineapple juice
