  • I wondered the same about these just being a mess without flour, but I made them and it works. Although, my husband who loves peanut butter cookies did say - "something is missing." LOL

  • Defineteley give these a try. Perfect when you want something easy. They're a little messy, but they taste good, and they all get eaten!

  • I agree with GrandmaG. Don't knock it till you try it. I made these cookies while waiting for my new (forgotten) password. I would bake these if I were in a hurry to bake something for a Pot Luck or other function. Taste was fair and sweet, and my nephew loved them. I do think ,however, I prefer peanut butter cookies made with flour, etc.

  • I am disappointed that ksmith542002 did not try these cookies before placing judgement. I bake them using 1 cup of Splenda in place of the sugar and they make a great "beginner's project". They are a bit high calorie for a weight-watchin' Grandma but make a swell, high protein after school snack.

  • My sentiments exactly. Where is the flour? Without the flour you will have a big molten mess.
