Super-Fast Chicken Quesadillas
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 (6-ounce) package Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 4 Tortilla
- 1 Cup bell pepper, sliced
- 2 Cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- Guacamole, if desired
- Sour cream, if desired
Mix chicken and 1/2 cup salsa.
On half of each tortilla put chicken mixture, peppers and cheese. Gently fold tortilla over. Place tortillas on lightly greased pan.
Cook until browned and cheese is melted, try to only turn once.
Cut into wedges and serve with guacamole, salsa or sour cream, if desired.
