Super Jello Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 6-oz. pkg. cherry Jello
- 2 C. boiling water
- 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 20-oz. can cherry pie filling
- For Topping:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix and dissolve cherry Jello with boiling water. Add can of crushed pineapple and can of cherry pie filling. Refrigerate until set.
For topping, mix together all ingredients until it becomes frosting-like consistency. Put atop set and cooled jello. Nuts can be added if desired.
