  • 1 C. coconut oil
  • 3/4 C. stevia powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 C. cocoa powder
  • 2 C. gluten free flour blend
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 C. raspberries

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except raspberries in a large bowl. Pour batter in 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into squares and garnish with raspberries.
