I love the little baby tomatoes in this recipe!

  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 3 C. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 lb. spaghetti

Pour oil into a large skillet. Add garlic and red pepper. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt to taste and oregano. Cook for 10 minutes. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add 2 Tbs. salt, then pasta. Make sure that it is completely covered with water. Stir. Cook over high heat until pasta is al dente. Drain pasta. Place it in a skillet with tomato sauce. Turn heat to high and cook for 1 minute. Serve.
