Super Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh spinach, washed and drained
- 1 lb. bacon, fried, drained, crumbled
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 10 oz. fresh cooked peas
- 6 spring scallions, sliced
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
Layer spinach, bacon, eggs, scallions and peas in 13x9x2 inch dish. Combine mayonnaise with sour cream; carefully spread over the top of the salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
