  • 1 T. oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 package pasta shells
  • 1 container ricotta cheese
  • 3 C. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T. parsley
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3 C. tomato sauce
  • 2 T. butter

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the oil, and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until the meat is brown. Combine the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix the cheese mixture with the meat. Pour some of the meat mixture into the bottom of a glass baking dish, then fill the shells with the remainder of the sauce. Place the shells into the baking dish and top with any leftover sauce and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
