  • 0.2 c. of sugar and 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 0.5 c. of cream cheese
  • 0.5 c. of white sugar
  • 0.2 c. of water
  • 0.2 c. of cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of almond extract
  • 2 c. of flour
  • 1 c. of sugar
  • 0.2 tsp of salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 package of rose-colored vanilla cream
  • heart-shaped candies

Beat egg whites, add cream of tartar, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir together flour, sugar and salt. Combine egg whites with flour mixture and pour into an ungreased pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 300 degrees. Meanwhile, combine sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Add sugar, cream cheese and water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Let cool, and brush the glaze over the cake. Arrange cake with rose-shaped cream like on the picture evenly. Top with heart-shaped candies. Chill in refrigerator and serve.
