  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 3/4 cup ground chuck
  • 3/4 ground pork
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. allspices
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy broth cream

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Tear bread into pieces in a small bowl and add milk. Melt butter in a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Add in onion. In the bowl with the bread and milk, combine pork, egg yolk, chuck salt, pepper, allspice, and onions. Shape meatballs into rounds and cook in sauté pan for 7 to 10 minutes. Once cooked, add flour. Whisk until browned. Add cream and cook.
