  • 4 sweet sandwich rolls
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle teriyaki sauce
  • 4 slices canned pineapple rings, drained
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 8 slices tomato

Directions

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag with half of the teriyaki sauce. Seal and marinate for at least 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove the chicken from the bag and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken breasts over a medium heat for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Baste with the remaining teriyaki sauce while cooking. Add the sandwich tolls and pineapple slices to grill for a few minutes. Brown the pineapple slightly. Top each bread slice with lettuce, tomato, chicken, and pineapple. Serve warm.
