  • 12 oz. white chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 C. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 C. shelled salted pistachios
  • 1 T. vanilla extract

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with foil and set aside. In a large microwave-safe bowl, stir together the white chocolate and condensed milk. Microwave on a high setting for three minutes or until chocolate is just about melted, making sure to stir after each minute. Give the mixture a good stir before adding in the pistachios and vanilla. Stir well before spreading mixture into your foil-lined baking dish. Refrigerate for two hours before cutting. Store in covered containers at room temperature.
