  • 2 ½ C. all-purpose flour
  • 2 C. salted potato chips, crushed
  • 2 C. chocolate chips
  • 1 C. white sugar
  • 1 C. dark brown sugar
  • 1 C. butter, room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

In a small bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Add in the eggs, vanilla and baking soda. Once this is fully mixed together, stir in the chocolate chips and potato chips. Chill the dough for an hour. Bake on 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
