- 2 C. pumpkin seeds
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 T. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. sea salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spread out pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Take out of oven and toss with butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
