Sweet and Savory Beef Buns (Weight Watchers Points Plus)

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 4 oz. 96% lean ground beef
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 C. yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbs. sweet Chinese chili sauce
- 2 Tbs. barbecue sauce
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury reduced-fat crescent rolls
- cooking spray
Directions
In non-stick skillet, add sesame oil and heat to medium-high temperature. Add ground beef, garlic, and onion, and cook about 5 minutes until well cooked. Break up meat with a spoon, so that you have a fine consistency. Stir in the chili and barbecue sauces, and cook an additional two minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Open crescent rolls. Taking one triangle at a time, place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center. (Plan ahead for eight equal portions of mixture so that each bun is evenly filled.) Starting at one corner, fold dough over the meat mixture, then the second corner, and finally the third corner (the longest point) and wrap around the now circular bun. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining seven crescents. Spray the top of all buns with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
