  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 medium yellow onions, diced
  • 2 sweet pears, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • ⅓ C. bleu cheese, crumbled
  • ⅓ C. walnuts, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 420 degrees. Saute the onions in a skillet until they’re tender and translucent, almost caramelized la.c e the onions in the center of the pie crust and top it with the pears, prosciutto, cheese, and nuts. Fold the ends of the pastry over, leaving the middle exposed. Brush the egg over the crust of the pastry and bake it for 30 minutes. Garnish it with rosemary.
