Sweet and Sour BBQ Chicken Wings

This recipe is a different take from what people would usually deem as sweet and sour and is so easy to make. It was created by my brother and family and friends love it and expect it at every one of our BBQs. It can be the main course or an appetizer to the rest of the grilled meats.

Mix together 1 bottle of ketchup and the lemon juice. The marinade should have the taste of ketchup and lemon evenly. Sometimes you need to add more of one or the other (but certainly make it to your taste, i.e., if you would like it sweeter - add more ketchup; tart - add more lemon juice). Once the marinade is done, add frozen wings to it and let sit for at least an hour (the longer the chicken is in the marinade the more flavor it will have). Overnight is the best.

Spray grill with cooking oil and cook wings slowly over medium to low heat, turning often and brushing marinade over wings until done (around 15-20 minutes). Constantly watch them so that they don't burn.
