  • 3 Pounds of Chicken Wings
  • ½ Cup of Soy Sauce
  • ⅔ Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 3 Smashed Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Cup of Ketchup
  • ½ Cup of White Vinegar
  • 1 8 Ounce Can of Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 Sliced Lime
  • 4 Large Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper

While you preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, cover a baking pan with foil and spread out the chicken wings so that they lay nicely in a single layer. Place them in the oven to brown them for 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. As they are browning, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ketchup, white vinegar, and pineapple over a medium heat until the sauce becomes thick.

Pour the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve to get rid of any remaining chunks. Take the chicken out of the oven so you can drain the fat from the pan and sprinkle the wings with salt and pepper. Then, cover one side of the wings with the sauce and bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Repeat this step for another 30 minutes with the wings flipped to the other side.

If you like, drizzle some lime juice over the wings and serve them with slices of lime and cherry tomatoes.
