Sweet and Sour Ham
Ingredients
- 2 ham steaks
- 3 green or red peppers
- 2 cans pineapple, drained, save juice
- 3 C. instant rice
- 2 jars La Choy sweet and sour duck sauce
Directions
Cook peppers in frying pan. Cut up ham and put in with peppers. After peppers are cooked, add the pineapple. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add the duck sauce. While the sauce is cooking, put the pineapple juice in a measuring cup and add water to make 3 cups. In a separate pot, bring to a boil juice-water mixture to a boil and add rice. Wait 5 minutes. Take the ham mixture and serve over rice.
