Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs with Apple Juice
- 2 to 3 lbs. boneless country style pork ribs or chops
- 1 small can (6 oz.) frozen apple juice concentrate
- 3 Tbs. brown sugar
- 3 Tbs. vinegar
- 1 C. baby carrots
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in crockpot; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serve with rice.
