Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lbs. boneless country style pork ribs or chops
  • 1 small can (6 oz.) frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 3 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs. vinegar
  • 1 C. baby carrots
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
