Sweet and Spicy Blue Cheese Pears

- 1/4 C. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. oil
- 4 pears, halved and cored
- 1/4 C. crumbled blue cheese
- 1 Tbs. butter, room temperature
Heat a grill to medium and lightly oil the grate. In a bowl, whisk the hot sauce and oil together. Brush the flesh side of each pear evenly with the mixture and place them, skin side down, on the grill. In another bowl, mix the blue cheese and butter together. Scoop even amounts of the cheese mixture into the center of each pear half. Grill the pears until soft, 10 to 15 minutes.
