  • ½ C. Lo Mein noodles, cooked according to package
  • 1 C. chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ C. bean sprouts
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • ¼ C. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. hot sauce

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and hot sauce; set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic, bell pepper, green onions, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts until fragrant (about 4-5 minutes). Add in cooked chicken, noodles and sauce. Stir well and cook until evenly heated.
