  • 2 cans chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup whiskey
  • Chopped red bell peppers
  • Olives
  • 2 cups steamed rice
