Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops

Soy sauce and apricot preserves achieve the perfect sweet and salty balance in these chops.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 C. apricot preserves
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1/4 C. white wine or chick broth

Directions

Brown chops on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine preserves, soy sauce and wine; pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
