- 1 5-lb. chicken, washed and patted dry
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 C. ketchup
- 1 1/2 C. cup honey
- 1/4 C. brown sugar
- 2-3 minced garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the chicken on the baking dish. In a bowl, mix together all the other ingredients and pour over the chicken, making sure that the bird is coated evenly. Now put the chicken into the oven and bake for an hour. The sauce should caramelize and form a golden glaze on the chicken.
