Sweet And Stuffed Slow Cooker Pork

- 3 lb. boneless pork loin
- 16 oz. can cranberries in sauce
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 C. cubed Swiss cheese
Slice the pork loin down the middle, opening it so that it's somewhat flat. Put the cranberries and cheese down the middle of the pork loin, then fold back up, tying with cooking rope if necessary. Rub the pork loin with the brown sugar and mustard, then place in a greased crockpot. Pour just enough water to cover the bottom of the pot, then cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
